We all have challenges we must overcome in life. That’s why I like to share powerful tools with you I use daily such as mirror work, meditation, journaling, walking, and moving energy by dancing and being silly. These practices remind us to connect to ourselves, drop into self-love and self-compassion during rough times. The same way we exercise for our health and to look good on the outside, we must exercise our brains and mindset to be healthy on the inside .

Curious about mirror work?

Simply stand in front of your mirror and look into your own eyes and tell yourself “I love you (name)”. Tell yourself everything you’ve ever wanted someone else to tell you. Feel the power of being there for yourself. Feel the power of these affirmations. At first this practice feels hella awkward, but I promise you, by the end, your eyes become tender with compassion and love sets in. You’ll feel a crazy shift. Try this practice whenever you’re feeling hard on yourself. This is self-love ✨
