Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Dry Ingredients
3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats (certified gluten free)
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
Egg substitute (let this mixture sit for approx 5 minutes)
1 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp warm water
Wet ingredients
1/2 -3/4 cup creamy natural almond butter (the more almond butter, the gooey-er)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond essence
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients
Add in
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Bake for 12 minutes
